Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky...and almost to Michigan

This was quite the trip...and quite a bit of driving. But we had sooo much fun in the Midwest, and I would love to go back again.

Thursday: Flew into Cincinnati. Drove to our hotel. Ate at Buffalo Wild Wings. This was one of Matt's favorite places to eat while on his mission. It was pretty delicious!

Friday: Woke up and met with a family that Scott baptized almost 30 years ago! This older couple was so amazing and my testimony was strengthened listening to them talk about their experiences after joining the church. Then, ate at Skyline Chili. (They are all over in Ohio). Drove a few more hours to Winchester, Indiana. This was an area where Matt served, and he LOVED IT. They have a pie factory, and the pie was so yummy. From Winchester, we drove a little bit further to Indianapolis. This city was so much fun!! And their mall was so great! I could live there for sure!

Saturday: Drove to South Bend, Indiana for an embarrassing game against Notre Dame. The game was a bummer, but the campus was gorgeous, we saw touch-down Jesus, and we bought a souvenir in the craziest/busiest bookstore I have ever seen! After the game, we drove to Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Touch Down Jesus!

Kinda wish I was wearing this shirt at the end of the game

Sunday: Woke up, checked out of the hotel, and went to church a few minutes away from out hotel. Flew to Cinncinati, then flew home!

I loved going to new places and seeing how different things are out there. We went to 3 different (almost 4) states in 4 days. It was quite the adventure, and I was a little freaked out, not having the comfort of ANY mountains, but thanks to the Wilmarth's for letting me tag along!
